About us
Built from lived experience. Grounded in dignity.
Livin the RIGHTWAY was founded by someone who faced the brink of losing everything—and chose to reach back.

Meet the Founder
Robert Skultety
President & Founder
I know what it's like to face homelessness—to feel invisible, stuck, and unsure where to turn. That experience changed me. It showed me what was missing in the system and gave me the drive to build something different.
Livin the RIGHTWAY isn't about handouts or quick fixes. It's about dignity, structure, and real pathways forward. We created the support system I needed—so others don't have to face it alone.
Every person we help is someone's family member, someone with potential, someone who just needs a foundation to rebuild from. That's what we provide.

Our approach
We believe stability changes everything. Our three-pillar approach creates the foundation for real, lasting change.
Safe Housing
Temporary housing that provides breathing room and a stable environment to begin rebuilding.
Structure
Routine, accountability, and supportive guidance—without judgment. The framework for progress.
Pathways
Connections to work, healthcare, and community resources that create long-term stability.
Our vision
We envision mini house communities and revitalized properties that give people a dignified place to reset—combined with the support, structure, and community connections they need to move forward.
Through Act 135 and community involvement, we're creating pathways where participants can contribute to building their own futures.
